Evidently, not to Trump.....yeah, he can declassify things....but why? Doesn't he know it puts our allies in jeopardy, doesn't he know (I am being very lenient here...) that by telling N.Korea and China we have 2 Nuclear submarines nearby, they can test their submarine searching capabilities?......I think that a 5th grader has more common sense....
