As far as the two landlords I contacted earlier this month that did not respond back, both homes were listed as available to rent weekly in September. I have never haggled price with a landlord when renting in The Villages. I have always paid the rental price listed in their online ad. And I leave my cat at home when I come to The Villages. My cat is in charge of guarding the house in Illinois when I am gone
