I have not been there when they are open but assume they have the same regs as does the Lady Lake Dog Park.
The Paradise Lake dog park is at the southern most point of Paradise Drive. It is just across 27/441 from the star on this map (east or right) but at the end of Paradise Drive.

That's Paradise Lake on the other side of US 27/441 from the star.
The Lady Lake Dog Park is off of Rolling Acres Road near the ball field.
