One news article this morning said it was a reaction caused by prescription meds which caused the problem. Until the DUI report and blood test result is made public maybe we should not yet be rendering judgement. No, I am nor excusing driving under the influence of prescription meds ( probably pain killers ) but do see how it could happen.
