The Hispanics are mostly indigenous stock with some Spanish DNA thrown in. This combination seemed to raise up the natives like the proto-humans interbreeding with the Neanderthals produced a superior hybrid that went on to make the modern world. Blacks were left out of this genetic mixing...species improving.
