Yup, here's how they will change - it has already started in some locales. They will meter your broadband and if you go over your standard limit, you get billed at higher rates per GB. Just like your water bill. Flat rate for the first amount, higher for the second tier and outrageous for the extra shows you watch through broadband. So when you cancel your TV service, your internet service skyrockets so they don't lose money - they make more money.
