I have been working on this since January of 1991 fro within the law librarianship profession starting at the University of Minnesota Law Library. Then from outside of the law librarianship profession after I started discussing in earnest my own experiences trying to help survivors/victims of crimes connected to the Michelle Mitchell 2-24-1976 murder investigation.
