When they tried telling my wife that she needed a complete transmission overhaul (@27,000 miles) after asking only for an oil change...she called me.
They weren't happy when I arrived and told the guy that he should be behind bars...for the shady BS they were trying to pull. 
Sadly, I'm sure all too many elderly and not to mechanically inclined residents are being taken to the cleaners...every single day.  |
