Rubi - That post came across as hypocritical to me.
Are you not stereotyping those that are stereotyping?

Don seems very confident in himself, he has expressed no confidence in the minorities ability to support themselves. I don't believe anyone knows if he is right or wrong, certainly nobody has taken the time to post data to disprove his claims (mostly attack with the racist term).

IMO - as long as the words; "they, them, those, and we" exist people will continue to be judged as groups and not individuals.

Please don't misconstrue my post and think I am defending, or agreeing, with Don's claims. I do not know any African Americans and don't feel I could form an opinion. I just felt there was a little hypocrisy in your post.
