That is super cheap for car rental, especially during the summer which is tourist season. Where did you want to drive. They do have bus routes if you are just going to tourist things. Maybe rent a car for just a few days and the rest take the bus. (Friends do a lot of Foreign Exchange teens so we do a lot by bus with them.
