Like Spring Arbor and Bison Ridge, Oak Meadows is a part of The Villages that is aimed mostly at employees of The Villages and they may have children. They do not share in the amenities offered to the "typical" Villages residents.

Oak Meadows is behind Target just off Rolling Acres Road; there is a small gated entrance just behind the shopping center.
