How much satisfaction could he, or anyone else doing this, have from having sex with a drugged and basically comatose partner?
He is a very sick man, and I do not believe for one moment that his wife did not know what was going on ... and, on that subject, if he had a good relationship at home with her, why would be turn to an almost dead body for sex?
If he was an ordinary "off the street" pervert the outcome would have been very different.
