Default Remodeling costs
Has anyone had single paned windows replaced with dual pane windows? Has anyone bought an older home and had it updated? I have found an older home that I like, but would like to update it if we should buy it. I have never had a whole house window redo, so have no idea what it might cost, and is there someone in TV area that would be recommended to do the work?

Driving around TV last week, every street and home we saw was spotless. I assume that all the areas are like that, including the older areas. Do people ever do major remodels on an older home? I have always liked to buy an older place and redo it.

Just kind of thinking while writing, but can anyone offer suggestions?
