We have a custom built home in Cincinnati with good brand name double pane windows,I can't think of it right this moment but they frequently advertise on HGTV, it is a national brand....... but they are not as good as our new home in Hadley. On an extremely hot day you can put your hand on the window and not feel the scorching exterior heat. Also, the air conditioner cools much faster than our very adequate Trane here.
Check with the sales center and ask them what brand they are using in their new homes. They seem very accomadating to those kinds of questions.
