That is correct!! I use Word or Outlook and then do a cut and paste. I have also found out that if you "post" at the same time as another person, your post will not take. And it takes a long time to remember what you typed. If you do a ctrl-a and a ctrl-C before you post. you can check to see if your post took. if it didn't, reopen the post and do a ctrl-V to repaste your answer and 'post again"
