East of 441, recently aka "the historic side", is mostly manufactured homes, mostly double wides with a few single wides in the older areas. I don't believe many, if any, have wheels.
There are also "Site Built" homes which can be CBS or Frame built. Maybe 5% or so of the homes are Site Built - more being built as people buy up the older mfgr homes on nice wooded lots and replace them with newer mfgr or site built homes.
As it is the oldest area of TV, it probably has the largest percent of older residents.
