I'm curious about the manufactured homes in the "historic district" of TV. From my perspective, there are two kinds of manufactured home - the factory built, wood frame house that is transported to the site on a flatbed trailer and erected, not really all that different from a site built home (sometimes better-built, depending on the manufacturer). The other kind is a double- or single-wide "trailer", which has its own wheels and is transported to the site and set up, with the wheels normally removed and some kind of permanent skirting is installed. Never having visited TV (but will be there in three days), I'm wondering which of the above are the kind of "manufactured housing" found in TV. Can someone help?
