the answer is " all of the above" Modular, Manufactured, double wide etc, they are there and that is why so many "new" people to TV and buying them up and then knocking them down and building there own homes on the lots. That is because the lots and the area are so wonderful with rolling hills, mature trees and landscaping. the "historic side" is truly a diamond in the rough that more new people coming in are learning to look at.
