I loved the fact that there are so many sitting areas, lovely chairs and little tables some with great views. While we were looking around we found a sweet young woman manning the Snack Bar, she had some lunch items left and we chose to have something to eat there instead of waiting for the Grill. I had an English Muffin with cheese, egg, sausage and coffee, all for about $5.00 and that cannot be beat!

Once you are off the main drag and into Fenney it is really quite beautiful. They have left the lovely huge old oaks around the rec center and the grill and it really gave a feeling of old Florida.

However, from my point of view, it is too far out from what I think of as the center of TV. The traffic coming off the turnpike was heavy and moving really fast, and I did not like driving through areas that were definitely not TV. I am sure if you are new to TV and this is your first experience you will have a different take than me. Also I am very settled where I am so I would never consider moving to a new area such as this. I guess I am a creature of habit.

But - gotta give it to the developer, the vision of taking this (to me) barren area and seeing the potential is quite incredible and I am sure that in time it is going to be just as beautiful a place to live as anywhere else in TV.
Nice review of the new area.
Just wondering where you encountered the heavy traffic coming off the turnpike?
