Remember that I have been at this since February 28, 1976 when I went into the downtown Washoe County public library to look for materials to help me and my fellow Earl Wooster High School students cope with the 2-24 murder investigation in the slaying of our English teacher Mrs. Barbara Mitchell's daughter Michelle Mitchell near the University of Nevada, Reno campus. 2-24 is my birthday. This case is in the news as there is a trial in August of 2017 of the person of interest -- Rodney Halbower-- in the killings of two girls on the SF Peninsula. This man is linked through DNA to the murder of Michelle Mitchell.

I worked under M. Kathleen Price who became Law Librarian of Congress around 1990-1995 and was the person responsible for cataloging all the computer files on WESTLAW for a national project working with the SUNY at Buffalo Law Library. I was working at the U of MN Law Library one of the largest law libraries in the world.

February 1976 I was on my final west PAC . DD-946
