This case is in the news as there is a trial in August of 2017 of the person of interest -- Rodney Halbower-- in the killings of two girls on the SF Peninsula. This man is linked through DNA to the murder of Michelle Mitchell.
I worked under M. Kathleen Price who became Law Librarian of Congress around 1990-1995 and was the person responsible for cataloging all the computer files on WESTLAW for a national project working with the SUNY at Buffalo Law Library. I was working at the U of MN Law Library one of the largest law libraries in the world.
