Eliminate the woman and minority quotas...they'll be able to get jobs.

America has gone from #1 to #25 because white men have been replaced by women and minorities...because standards have been lowered too much and through quotas.

When the BEST are held back and you send in the 2nd string...how are you supposed to win? You don't. And eventually you're not even in the game any more.
