In The Historic Section when traveling from the Dog Park over the Golf Cart Bridge maybe half way between the Bridge and the Parking Lot look to the right near the pond. There is a new installation there. It appears to be a Solar Device and a Camera and what looks to be a Radar Detector. I don't make the news I just am reporting what I noticed. I took a picture but am technologically challenged. Anybody know what this is all about? Don't dare answer Russian's!
