There should be a special place in heaven for people who rescue animals.  It's so heart breaking to see so many abused, neglected and unwanted animals needing a good home. 
I loved the news yesterday that a Boynton Beach Police Officer broke a car window out to rescue a dog. He then went store to store to find the owner and gave them a citation.
