Landscaping
I strongly recommend that anyone considering using a landscape company named SERVICE SMART look very close at their performance rating. I have been trying to get a $595 refund for a WEED & TRIM contract that had a "notice of right to cancel" clause within 3 days. This company refuses to do the refund, I call everyday inquiring of the refund status, Ask the owner (Ken Smith) to return my calls, no call.
I have been a long term(since 2005) customer for their bug/terminate services. They have no regard for customer loyalty or doing what is"right by their customer"
Bad company!
