It may be more exciting to think aliens gave them help, but making facts fit a theory instead of the other way around is not good science. My mind can comprehend that.
IMHO, the method in the link is "all wet". Maybe it would work for a 2 ton block, which is what most of the great pyramid is built from, but the temple in front of it has 50 ton slabs of stone. And the temple in Baalbek, Lebanon, has a 1000 ton stone placed 40 feet in the air on 2 upright stones, and another 1200 ton stone was left in the quarry. Wet sand---I doubt it.
