LottoGuy stated that there are 2,500,000 million blocks, not two and a half million blocks. I questioned whether he thought his rather large figure was wrong and he said "no", so any calculation of his block size has to be based on two thousand five hundred billion blocks.
You are correct, though, that I got my centimetres confused with my decimetres - each of LottoGuy's blocks would, indeed, be 1cm x 1cm x 1cm. And that would easily fit in one of his floating coconuts :-)
