I'm taking back my previous ID (below). Your plant is a kalanchoe, but it's kalanchoe gastonis bonnieri. One of its common names is donkey ears. As with the Mother of Thousands (MOT), those plantlets at the end of the leaf can fall off and grow into new plants. This plant is not nearly as prolific (? invasive) as MOT and, in my opinion is more desirable.

This is the original response which is incorrect: Your succulent is commonly called Mother of Thousands. All those young plantlets along the leaf edge can fall off and grow and subsequently produce more plantlets ad infinitum. It's kalanchoe daigremontiana.
