Then why insist on calling them our equal? We DO have those things...and lots lots more.

Sure, it's Chicago, but Chi isn't about to go back. All it needs to make it a "community" is to install a fence around it and keep them inside. The opposite of The Villages. More like expanding the Chicago City Zoo.
