I wonder if it was one of the chihuahuas I would see with a woman walking a baby carriage often around the Belvedere Library? She had two small dogs in the carriage. And it seems to me they were chihuahuas.
So sorry for this woman's loss. And I know a few people who have two small dogs and they seem often extremely bonded to one another.
