The cost is $99 per night per couple. They stay in Alden Bungalows near Brownwood. The home includes a golf car and two bikes. They receive a Village ID with two rounds of complimentary golf, complimentary tennis, and a movie ticket. This program is for people who are thinking of buying a home in The Villages.
