OP, I reread your original comment, is the condensation on the OUTSIDE of the windows, if so this has nothing to do with the installation or quality of the windows. It may have to do with how cool you have your house, we have ours at 78 degrees year round, and use the fans extensively. This morning, the car windows were covered with condensation, nothing on our house windows.
If on the other hand the condensation is INSIDE (between the 2 panes of glass), then the seal has failed, and as I recall the window manufacturers have stood by their products.
I cannot imagine that the condensation is INSIDE the house, as the air conditioning removes a lot of the humidity. The only time I have seen condensation on the INSIDE of the windows, is in the winter, in the morning, after a shower, and in the bathrooms only.
