Carlent. Some of the things you consider pluses I consider minuses. I don't want someone elses paint color or wallpaper. Tile and appliances date quickly. I don't want someone elses landscaping. Things grow so fast here people don't keep up with cutting them back. I don't want other peoples choices. I am like John. Give me the blank canvas and it is so much fun to meet all of the other newbies on the street, you aren't left out because nothing has begun yet. What fun!!
