Those forces were always considered to be a big bargaining chip for the USA. But do not think this came from the secret meeting.

Why this bargaining chip was given away is anybody's guess.
On the video, I am inclined to be patient on all of this. Certainly I do not know or think that ALL the players mentioned thus far in this Russian adventure were nefarious.
HOWEVER, some of them were......the answer to the BIG questions and perhaps the future of a lot of people and countries will be revealed when we know, and we will know.
