You're telling me that 26% of ALL houses sold in the US is to a Canadian?

A Canadian dollar is only worth 0.76...that's 24% less. I'm sure that more than makes up for house price differences. 24% gets "added" to the cost of a Canadian buying a house in the US automatically.
Well I didn't say they were moving to the USA, I only said they were buying homes here...big difference. And while I have no obligation to you I will say the information was gleaned from an article in WSJ this past week that spoke to the issue of new housing starts. Homes prices are cheaper here . I believe Canadians are buying get away homes here
