I do not think that I have seen much in my life that disturbed me more, angered me, saddened me and frightened me more that this segment.

I don't understand. I don't know what or whom to blame. I don't know how all of these people could be sociopaths but they seem to have no connection at all to another human. They are holding a phone and could have called 911 even if they would not risk their lives. What is worse is their obvious amusement at the death of another human.

Well then...you haven't seen the videos posted on youtube by blacks. It's sick sh!t you'd expect to see in Somalia not America. Last weekend in Chicago how many were shot? How many killed? Blacks ARE animals...they lack 50,000 years of "domestication", 50,000 years of living in social societies, they MISSED civilization...because THEY ARE NOT US.
They are NOT human and THAT is why they show NO remorse...they lack that part of the brain...executive function, a conscience...they act like animals. Because they ARE. They lack the 2-5% that EVERY other race has than makes US human.
Because they are NOT "human" it's like expecting a wolf to be moral. It's NOT going to happen with blacks either. Name me ONE PLACE that is full of blacks and doesn't suck...just ONE!
Look at blacks killing in Chicago, Baltimore, E St Louis, Memphis...EVERYWHERE they are the majority...is dangerous...because of THEM.
