When I got onboard Viking Ocean Cruises' Viking Sky recently, the itinerary, a mid-summer trek to Norway's Arctic Circle was a new one for me. The ship? New too, so much so that the christening would be held in mid-voyage.
And yet there was none of those "freshman moments" -- the confusion you feel when you board a ship and, map in hand, try to figure out the layout for the first time. That's because the Sky is a near identical copy, inside and out, to other fleet mates Viking Star and Viking Sea.
