Default it's all relative
I'm originally from upstate NY but have lived in Florida over 30 years. I have heard many people from the NY city area complain over the years about our pizza, bread, bagels, water, ect. Then they wonder why they are sometimes labeled obnoxious--(not saying it's right.) It frankly gets a little tiring. no we can't compare to NYC in culinary areas, but let's talk taxes....
