Had lunch with friends at Fenney Grill the other day. I must say the grill and pool looks like a resort. The woods are lovely. I'm sure the people buying there are anxious to see some commercial development.
From my house in Hemingway it took a good half hour to get there. And finding our way out of Fenney took almost as long.

Hah! I clearly remember Mark (Morse) standing on the stage at a VHO meeting about three years ago and saying "We will be building 2,000 homes south of 466A and then NO MORE. That's it. no more
