It was Nassau County, a County that still today is riddled with political corruption. Levitt was not the only builder in Nassau County that did this. My parents bought a Gibson house in 1950, in it the deed stated that my parents would not resell the house to blacks or Hispanics.

Because back then...we knew the truth and we acted accordingly.
Which places are better? The black or the white? Back then...now...it's the same...the black places suck and the white ones don't. It's how it's ALWAYS been and how it will always be.
They are NOT us...we ARE different species. Our ancestors are NOT the same.
We would do well to do the same today. If you want to keep the villages, you MUST keep the minorities out. You MUST keep the villages affluent and white.
I'll bet you right now...an INSTANT way to raise property values, make a place prosperous, clean, and safe...evict the minorities and declare it minority free.
It's them...they are NOT us.
