Good question..
Listed my house in Los Angeles in mid-April, sold it in mid-July, for approx 5% less than asking price.
Buyer's first offer was 10% lower and I didn't take it personally, just worked on logical counter offers (5 in all) until we came to an agreement. All in all, can't complain.
