I agree and trust me a level 1 or a 2, which both of us worked at does not mean you survive. Level 1 has staff onsite 24/7 for all services. We had more than once all the staff in the state would not have had a different outcome. Bad part about being a 1 or a 2 is. you see more death than a lower ranked hospital, because every ambulance and chopper comes to your front door. And sad to say at least in TV most have lived a good life, that trauma elsewhere just breaks your heart when they are so very young
