Have you checked that your solar sync sensor is still working? Mine failed after 3 years, and I found out they have a 5 year warranty, so I sent it back to Hunter, and got a brand new one. The tip off that mine was not working was when a neighbor noticed sprinklers on after a rain storm. If you do not mind getting up on a ladder, you can check these yourself. There is a projection at the top of the sensor, you should be able to push on it and hear a 'click', if you do not the unit is probably bad.
