Once Osceola Hills and Pine Ridge/Hills sell out, the sales in Fenney will mostly likely accelerate. Also, cart access to the rest of The Villages will likely help to accelerate sales. I know a couple who are having a house built in Fenney now. For them, there was no other option because of what they were looking for in a new house. If history has taught us anything it is that there is no "build out" for The Villages, the new areas will sell, and what was once viewed as "too far away" isn't really "too far away" as people mostly use the amenities in their immediate area. The only negative I see at the moment is the approximately 2 year wait for golf cart access.
