Me, too!  Some years ago Consumers Reports did a study on the quality of lenses from various vendors. Bausch and Lomb was number one but Costco was a close second - at half the price! That is when I switched - permanently!
Others have mentioned the quality of the Costco Kirkland brand is top notch. I know it sounds trivial but their paper towels are the best.
