If you are in the Lake County portion of the villages, there is a specific list of licensed tree removal firms, it was in the daily sun within the last week.
I agree with above, double check with ARC just to be sure about the removal of the palms.
In any case, check with Seniors against crime for any firms that you are thinking of using, there are several fly by night firms that prey on villagers.
