Last year I had
WISE tree service remove queen palm. It was probably 35 ft. high and 15 inch base. They was quick, clean, and done good job at fair price IMO. I would get at least 3 estimates from licensed tree service to get fair pricing. I called arc, last Year they said palms are not considered shade tree so no approval required. Won't hurt to call and make sure though.
