4 cups fresh corn cut off the cob
1 tsp salt / pepper
2 Tbs sugar
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups milk
3 Tbs melted butter
Grease a casserole dish with 1 Tbs soft butter add mixture and bake at 350d for about 1 hour.
