That's what I was told by the repair guy who had to replace mine twice in 11 months. He said it is caused by the power company's voltage issues.

Interesting. Thanks for the tip. Would like to do this, but it will be my Homewatch person letting him in. But I guess it will happen again, based on the reports here. I will watch then.
