). It was more like an observation that the developer is building one bedroom patio villas again. I know there are some one bedroom patio villas in established villages, but it seems like has been a while since the one bedroom option has been available in new construction. I think a lanai would be a must have for me in a home.
I wonder how many people who own one bedroom patio villas are frogs vs. snowbirds/seasonal residents or those who buy them for purely investment purposes and rent them out during high season and during the resf of the year as much as they can?
