I hope you understand that I am trying to figure out if this outcry can change things. Has this kind of tactic worked in other areas? I am certainly not doubting that things can be improved. People being angry at meetings rarely effect change.

And I do love animals. They are members of our family and I do understand being terribly frightened if they should go missing.
